Can You Transform the World?

I have a friend who calls himself Paul McCartney’s number one fan. He believes that Paul McCartney transformed the world through his songs.

Malcolm Gladwell, in Outliers, proves my friend’s point using the 10,000 hour rule for success and the Beatles as an example. Gladwell says that the Beatles accomplished their brand new sound that lit up the world by having performed 10,000 hours in Germany between 1960 and 1964. This allowed them to perfect their style and to create it as an everlasting legacy in the music industry.

Can you transform the world by your leadership?

What do you have to repeat for 10,000 hours in order to leave a legacy of your leadership?

What level do your thoughts, creativity and inner peace need to achieve in order for you to have a positive impact on the world?

These are the issues that transformational leaders think about.

If you want to start thinking like a transformational leader contact me, I will act as your leadership catalyst.
